We are proud to be one of the safest general contractors in the Mid-South.
To Zellner, nothing is more important than ensuring the safety of our employees, subcontractors, and the public. We are proud to say we maintain one of the finest safety records in the industry and continually surpass local and national safety standards. We endeavor to achieve our mission by hiring the best employees, setting the highest standards, and embracing a culture of continual improvement.
In addition to complying with regulatory agencies and policies, we have a shared commitment to safety and a consistent approach to training and monitoring our safety practices. We start with new-hire safety orientation on day one for every employee, followed by weekly and monthly safety reviews.
Our substance abuse policy includes pre-employment, random and post-accident drug testing. Everyone entering the construction site, for any reason, will be required to comply with Zellner’ s Safety Program, the building owners safety and security requirements, and all federal, state, and local safety standards and requirements, including OSHA.
