    We will also not be using our PO Box address any longer for those of you who used it.

  • Main to Main Stakeholder Construction Survey from Zellner Construction

    December 16, 2013

    As construction begins on the Main Street to Main Street Multi-Modal Connector Project, the Downtown Memphis Commission, Zellner, and the rest of the project team held a public meeting to inform property owners, business owners, and residents of Main Street of construction timelines and scope.  In an effort to communicate and provide stakeholders a way to voice their feedback, we released a brief letter and survey which was posted on the official Main to Main website (www.main2main.com). 

    Dear Stakeholder on Main to Main Route,

    The Main Street to Main Street Multi-Modal Connector Project is underway and Zellner Construction is extremely excited to be involved in such a great project for the City of Memphis. When completed, this project will provide greater accessibility to downtown residents, workers, and tourist, improve alternative transportation options, and enhance the aesthetic appeal of Main Street and Downtown Memphis.

    From the dinner table to the field, construction is in Zellner's blood. 

    Zellner worked in the field for Zellner Construction Services throughout high school and college summer breaks. His grandfather started the company in 1966, so he grew up listening to family dinner conversations that revolved around construction. This prompted Zellner to know that when he graduated from college, he wanted to join the firm.
